The best goals are short, clear and so simple they can be written on a Post-it Note.
A great example of what should be written on the Post-it Note should look like is this: “I will study math lesson 27 for half an hour each night for two days.”
Make copies and sick those Post-it Notes on your computer screen, bathroom mirror, or wherever you can see them as often as possible.
These Post-it Notes will constantly remind you to do what you said you would do and keep you on schedule.
Remember, you have 40 to 50,000 thoughts every day and 99% of them are not about your goals therefore you have to be constantly reminded about the goals you want to accomplish.
And also remember, every time you practice posting these notes you will be rewiring the neurons in your brain and developing new great post-it habits!
