The first step of the Habit Loop is the Cue.
The Cue serves as the initiator of the habit loop.
Cues are activated through one or more of your five senses: hearing, smelling, tasting, touching, and notably, visual stimuli.
The Habit Loop cannot commence unless one of these senses triggers it.
The second step of the habit loop is the Craving Step.
As previously mentioned, the Craving Step is the MOST ADDICTIVE phase within the Habit Loop!
It serves as the driving force behind the habit loop and is, by a considerable margin, the most challenging step to resist and combat.
If you cannot manage your Craving Step, you will NEVER be able to alter your detrimental habits.
