Lesson 49: Never lie, Never Cheat, And Never Steal

Coach Wooden’s second rule said, “never lie, never cheap, never steal.”

Lying, cheating, or stealing is the opposite of being honest, and honesty is one of the most important character traits you must practice until it becomes a habit!

Honesty is a gift you give to yourself and it is the most important gift you can give yourself!

Being honest with people is a good thing to do and it makes them respect you.

But being honest with yourself about what you did right or wrong is the most important gift you can give to yourself because this is the only way you can learn and grow from your mistakes.
