Your brain is not a copier that can make an exact copy of every printed word on the page by simply pushing a button called copy.

Instead, your brain is a living organ that needs time, often a lot of time, and repetition to connect neurons that will become memories for you.

That’s why the best way to connect the neurons in your brain is to learn a little bit of information during short periods of time with short breaks between each study session.
