Lesson 65: Delaying Gratification

The most important point to take away from the Stanford study is that because of neural plasticity, you can practice delaying gratification until it becomes a habit.

Because of what you learned earlier about how neural plasticity can rewire your brain and develop better habits you will be able to think and act like Kobe Bryant.

In other words, you will learn how to work hard and like working hard.

In other words, you will be able to, “do what you don’t want to do when you don’t want to do it”.
