Lesson 63: Internal Discipline is our I.D. card

As soon as your work ethic becomes a habit you will have an internal discipline that will always kick into gear without having to think about it.

For example, Kobe Bryant had a phenomenal internal discipline that became a habit and it was that habit that made it simple and easy for him to get up at four in the morning and work out.

Everybody admired Kobe because they knew he worked harder than they did and they respected him for that.
This is a great story about Kobe’s internal discipline.

When Kobe Bryant was the U.S.A. Olympic Basketball team, he got up every morning and worked out before anyone else woke up, and then, when everyone else woke up he worked out with the rest of the guys during the day.
