Lesson 33: The Great news is that Neuroplasticity Works

The most important thing you need to do to break an old bad habit and build a new good habit is confidence, which comes from the belief that you can do it.

The great news, and I mean “great news,” is that it is a scientific fact that neuroplasticity guarantees that your brain is perfectly designed to make new neural connections that will become new and better habits.

Remember, “if” (there’s that “if” of life word again) you keep practicing new and better behaviors, your brain’s neural plasticity guarantees that it will make new neural connections which will become new and better habits.

Yes, it is up to you to put in the hard work, but it should give you a lot of confidence in knowing that the more you practice better habits, the closer you will get to accomplishing them!

Also, when you’re struggling to improve yourself, you should always think about how good it will feel when you improve yourself in the future.
