Developing a new good habit is just as challenging as breaking an old one.

You must make what you want to do a visible part of your life!

In other words, if you want to become a great scientist, surround yourself with pictures and great quotes from great scientists.

Keep the goal of the new habit you want to develop in front of you at all times.

And, most importantly, remember to give yourself positive pep talks every time you do something productive to override the old bad habit.
