Lesson 27: The Habit Loop Step 2: The Craving

Once again, the Craving Step is the MOST POWERFUL AND ADDICTING STEP!

It is a feeling that will compel you to do what it desires, even when your conscious mind knows you shouldn’t.

Cravings are challenging to resist because they lead you towards a feel-good drug called dopamine.

Furthermore, the more your brain is wired by repeating a habit, the more it will fiercely push you to do what it wants!

The scariest aspect of craving something is that every time you attempt to ignore it, the thought of it resurfaces in your mind repeatedly.
