Lesson 18: Subconscious Body Habits and the Conscious Behavioral Habits

Gauge’s Subconscious Automatic Body Habits are responsible for maintaining essential functions like your heart beating and your cells dividing.

On the other hand, Conscious Behavioral Habits are those you want Gauge to develop consciously to enhance your character and boost your success in life.

It’s essential to keep in mind that Gauge can be stubborn and resistant to change, which is why you must consistently remind him of the behavioral habits you want him to cultivate.

Remember that your Subconscious Automatic Body Habits are managed efficiently by Gauge without any need for your or my intervention.

However, it’s crucial to note that Gauge doesn’t differentiate between whether the Conscious Behavioral Habits he manages are good or bad for you. Therefore, you must be clear and resolute in constantly reminding him to practice good behaviors that will lead to the development of positive habits.
