Lesson Five: Challenges Make Us Stronger

 

Everybody, and I mean everybody, makes poor and even terrible decisions and mistakes.

However, those who choose to learn from their mistakes experience the most growth and improvement in their lives.

Therefore, whenever you make a mistake or something unfavorable happens to you, view it as a challenge and learning opportunity that you can entirely resolve and learn from.

Every challenge can only be overcome one step at a time, as nobody improves quickly without making mistakes as they work through their challenges.

While you navigate these obstacles and challenges, remember the quote from my friend Reinhold Niebuhr: “God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
